Purpose and Function

Willow Lodge is an independent residential Aftercare Service that provides both preparation for Independent Living and a step-down residential service. Our purpose is to support young adults transitioning from care to independent living. The young people living in Willow Lodge will have an opportunity to experience semi-independent living, supported by an experienced and dedicated team. 

The team at Willow Lodge are committed to promoting an ethos of belonging and personal wellbeing. We strive to ensure this by encouraging and supporting care leavers to access community resources that will help them as they move to fully independent living.

Our aim is to deliver a quality aftercare service for young adults, one that is responsive, inclusive and relevant to each young person and their individual circumstances. We are committed to ensuring this by providing a model of service that offers opportunities to live in a safe and secure environment, where the young person can access holistic support to explore and build upon their personal hopes and strengths.
